SQEP Board
Our Board of Directors is currently composed of one (1) President, seven (7) General Directors, and one (1) Rural Director.
Any candidate running for the Board must be endorsed by a Business or Individual member. To be eligible to serve on our Board, individuals must live in Saskatchewan, and meet requirements set out in the Saskatchewan Non-Profit Corporations Act.
Our Members will elect Board Members at our Annual General Meeting, which typically takes places every Summer. Terms are 2 Years.
Following Board elections, Directors elect, amongst themselves, a Vice-President of Governance, a Vice-President of Membership, and a Treasurer.
We have an upcoming Special General Meeting scheduled virtually for November 5th at 6:00pm CST.
At the upcoming Special General Meeting, we will be voting on the 2025/2026 Audited Financials as well as the newly updated bylaws.
